Job Description
Under strict supervision, works directly with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals to gain a better understanding of rig operations, company products and services, fluids, separation, and waste management technologies
Under strict supervision, works directly with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals to gain a better understanding of rig operations, company products and services, fluids, separation, and waste management technologies
Completes formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and learns to provide well site service to customers
Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers.
Applies content learned through the formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery.
Under strict supervision, learns basic oil well operations including but not limited to drilling fluids and solids control operations.
Assist in the rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment, and in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems.
Under broad direction, provides well site service to customers of Baroid.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of colloidal and general chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations and routine and specialized testing to varied field experiences.

Job Duties
Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies content learned through the formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery. Works directly with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals.
Under strict supervision, assists senior operators and/or performs frac-specific job roles (e.g., proppant, chemicals, blenders, QA/QC, etc... ).
Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: performing pre/post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures and operating support equipment (e.g., proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, discharge manifold equipment, etc.).
Completes requisite training and demonstrates competency as defined for current and next level.
Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
Assists in the clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job.
Exhibits safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Participates in quality and continuous improvement processes.
