CMS develops corporate maintenance KPIs to monitor Saudi Aramco maintenance organization performance. CMS provides the required assistance for the maintenance organizations to overcome their performance gaps. In addition, CMS works with supporting organizations to ensure that services provided to maintenance organizations are optimized.
The Project Manager is the second line of functional management in Engineering. The responsibility can be summarized as ensuring the technical excellence of the work in Engineering. The SR Planning Engineer is responsible for the planning and monitoring the activities of the delivery scope, in order to promote visibility on the performance of project execution and contribute to it to be completed as planned.
The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the project manager in the delivery of the project objectives as stated in the SOR. Given the number of concurrent elements the North Star project entails, the Project Engineer is required to collect and organize material information relating to those projects; allowing the project manager to make timely and informed decisions regarding the various work streams. The project engineer will also assists in the Contract Account Manager (CAM) responsibility across all related disciplines within the Project team and therefore takes on the responsibilities of a contract administrator for smaller contracts related to project North Star.

An engineering manager is required for the North Star Project. The purpose of the role is to provide engineering assurance to BP during the design, construction and commissioning phases of the project. This position represents BP’s engineering requirements and works to manage the development of the design to those specifications. The engineering manager is the main interface between BP and the ISBL and OSBL contractors on the job.
This role will be the Project Executive for the proposed ~$250m greenfield plant project of the BP Shenzhen lubricants plant to secure the supply to support the growth of China lubricant business.
