Our client, an Oil and Gas Operating Company are looking for a French and English speaking Data Analyst / Planning Engineer to be based in their offices in Paris, France. The role is offered with a June start, a long term contract and negotiable monthly salary or daily rate.
Job Overview:
As Data Analyst / Planning Engineer you'll be responsible for Development of a data management application for "UNIK" projects and ensures the role of writing the Product Backlog and functional tests of the application in Agile mode
Responsibilities:
* Intervention with users of the application to understand their needs and draw up summaries of development needs. (subsidiaries and projects)
* Writing of the "Product Backlog", design of the application models and guides & manuals for users. Participation in workshops for the realization of the Product Backlog, "daily meetings" with the company carrying out the development of the application.
* Management of the company ensuring the development, follow-up and preparation of clarifications during the development phase Realization of functional tests and follow-up of the corrections made
* Participation in end-of-sprint reviews, proposals for improvement of the development method and participation in committees project management.
* Participation in the preparation of project reporting and capitalization in the UNIK database Support users during production releases by assisting them during version changes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* In-depth knowledge of the Agile method and petroleum projects
* Prior Agile development experience
* Fluent in French and English |
