The Contract Support Analyst posting is for a role on the Onshore Operation & Maintenance SCM team, located in Austin, TX.
The role works closely with Strategic SCM Analysts, Operational SCM Analysts, Safety and Sustainability (SSU) teams and Statoil Legal to enable the purchase of goods and services by ensuring Supplier pre-qualifications are complete and suppliers are prepared to submit invoices to Statoil. Supplier pre-qualification includes establishing and maintaining Master Service Agreements (MSA), ensuring completion of Statoil’s safety qualification process, and completing Financial and Vendor Risk checks.

This position will directly report to Leader MMP MT OPI Contracts America and will have close interaction and network with global Statoil offices
Senior Contract Consultant is responsible for dealing with counterparty contracts/confirmations from contract award to contract close out to ensure full compliance with Statoil’s requirements
Ensure all North America MT and AM contract activities are completed in accordance with Statoil’s Business Processes, legal and tax requirements and adhere to Statoil’s corporate requirements, including any required reporting to Corporate Management, internal and external authorities, and the provisions of Statoil Mandates
