Sales Account Representative
Location: Houston - United States

Job Description:

Schlumberger has an opening in Houston, Texas for a Sales Account Representative.

Responsibilities:

The candidate may work on any of the following:

    Sale Xtreme Coil Services to new and existing customer in the field/city level.
    Increase market share and expand business, in both terms of numbers and/or units with new and existing customers.
    Assist in executing the Sales strategy and tactics once approved by management.
     Develop and maintain personal relations with Xtreme Coil Services customers from the field to an office setting, suppliers and local/regional regulatory authorities.
    Communicate and work daily with all Sales, Operations, and Engineering Depts. to ensure there is a clear understanding of the customer’s plans and needs from a field/office setting. 
    Provide daily updated on sales pursuits and opportunities, including potential for success and/or failure.
    Easily communicates detailed knowledge of Xtreme Coil Services and how specific features benefit the impact of well intervention to customers.
    Successfully differentiates Xtreme’s values from that of our competitors and sells to performance, value, and price sensitive customers at the field and office level he/she may be responsible of
    Prepare estimated bids and proposals for his/her customers and complete all follow ups from his/her customers
    Manages the business as if it were his/her own; knows how Xtreme’s business works; knowledgeable in current and possible future trends, and information affecting his/her customer base they are responsible for; takes responsibility for their results; hold him/herself personally accountable for results.
    Ability to communicate and ask pertinent questions to obtain relevant data from the customer for Pre/Post job report information before and after every well.
    Ability to develop growth for Xtreme Coil Services beyond a single well.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering

Experience:

    5+ year’s industry experience in oilfield services, including Operations & Sales
    Currently is managing a vast Permian Basin Client load
    Preferred knowledge of Coil Tubing Operations, Thru Tubing Operations and Completion Chemicals or relevant Completions experience.
    Strong negotiating skills, communication and selling skills
    Demonstrated understanding of sales process
    Ability to build strong relationships and close business deals.
    Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language
    Ability to sale new technology to Oil and Gas Operators (Manager, Superintendents, Engineers, Wellsite Supervisors) and bring technology to the market base
    Intermediate/Advance MS Office skills and abilities (primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Additional:

    Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
    Knowledge of Oilfield terminology and business practices
    Ability to work in global distributed setting
    Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
    Oil & Gas industry exposure
