Responsibilities include: Assists in analysis, modification and design of reservoir description tools and their associated assembly and testing procedures for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications. Prepares design calculations and specifications. Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects. Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services. Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.
Under direct supervision with an assigned mentor or coach, performs standard operations specifically used in the welding process.
This can include welding, braze and prep, post braze clean up, final clean up, labeling, cutting, and hardfacing. Uses specified welding equipment to assist and support manufacturing operations of parts and assemblies as required to meet regulatory requirements.
