Baker Hughes Incorporated (BHI) offers the opportunity as an experienced Technical Support Engineer for Drilling Services to join the field services team in Abu Dhabi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for remotely monitoring, modeling, and controlling processes to optimize drilling while increasing safety and reducing risk in a BEACON center.
Advises the rig via drilling monitoring the optimal directional drilling, MWD, and LWD operational activities.
Must be able to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear, straight forward manner to management, customers and wellsite employees.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 3+ years related experience
Skilled level knowledge of two or more product lines and proper application of tools.
Thorough understanding of down hole hydraulics and rig operations.
Proficient use of computer based programs related to application of products.
Problem solving skills.
