As a Wellsite Supervisor, you’ll lead all drilling and operations at the wellsite, ensuring each project is completed on time, within the budget, and according to specifications. You’ll be part of the Project Management group, which provides state-of-the-art well construction and intervention by integrating knowhow and technology from the entire Halliburton portfolio.

If you possess the following education and experiences, please consider applying:
Current well control certification from either International Association of Drilling Contractors or International Well Control Forum
10+ years of experience and at least 5 years operations management experience.
Solid understanding and previous supervision of well construction operations.
Detailed list of responsibilities
Supervises daily activities at the wellsite, including move-in and rig-up of drilling equipment, drilling, circulating, running casing, cementing, well logging, and formation testing;
Ensures all operations achieve planned objectives within established timeframe and budget;
Promotes a collaborative work environment encompassing superior performance, safety, efficiency, cost control, and contract fulfillment;
Ensures the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors at the wellsite;
Manages contractors and third-party personnel;
Ensures adherence to Halliburton policies, procedures and standards in all operations and conduct, as well as commitment to service quality from all employees and contractors;
Coordinates work of product services lines, rig contractor, and subcontractors to realize the well’s design and operational requirements;
Prepares and executes both short- and long-term equipment and resource plans;
Anticipates operational changes and implements remedial solutions to operational problems;
Reports on all activities and incidents daily and oversees all communication from the wellsite;
Supervises rig-down and move-out of drilling equipment.
