Quality Inspector
Location: Denton - United States
Job Description:
Schlumberger has an opening in Denton, Texas for a Quality Inspector.
Responsibilities:
The candidate may work on any of the following:
Perform on-site inspections of the equipment/parts, and report findings within PLQS
Review, approve/reject documentation uploaded into PLQS from external suppliers
Read technical drawing and specs.
Qualifications:
Education: Education: High School Diploma plus 2-year Associates Degree or Equivalent
Experience:
3 years of professional experience in Quality Inspection
Electrical power systems
Electrical harnesses
Electrical cabinets and associated wiring
VFD installation and wiring
Heavy duty vehicles
Forklift and other plant machinery
Civil engineering machinery
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Hands-on, look at parts.
Organized and detail oriented.
Additional:
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
Knowledge of Oilfield terminology and business practices
Ability to work in global distributed setting
Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
Oil & Gas industry exposure
