Our client, an Oil and Gas EPC Company are looking for a Material Preservation Coordinator / Clerk to be based in Satakunta, Finland. The role is offered with a June start, a long term contract and negotiable hourly rate
Job Overview:
As Material Preservation Coordinator you'll be responsible for Compilation of Preservation Documentation including; Operation Manual, Preservation Manual and Storage Plan
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update equipment preservation register, updating the computer based preservation program
* Oversee and verify that the preservation activities are being carried out per the plan
* Ensure interface agreements between subcontractors are effectively managed to prevent interruptions in
* preservation
* Advise construction contractors on de-preservation of equipment where required for commissioning
* activities
* Report on preservation status, progress, outstanding work etc. as required.
* Support to receive, unpack, pack, load and unload material and equipment
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally have a degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent subject
* Experience of construction projects, preferably with international environment
* Experience gained within maintenance (preservation) planning / coordination / supervision / Warehouse supervision
* Knowledge of warehouse environment and processes
* Forklift driving license |
