|
OFFSHORE SHIFT SUPERVISOR - Portugal - 1 Month Assignment
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Shift Supervisor to prepare and follow specific subsea operations onboard vessels:
Description
To manage vessel mobilisation, prepare subsea installation activities and develop detailed task plans (jumpers, flying leads, Christmas trees, Subsea Surveys…). This includes:
- To plan the vessel activities,
- To list the specific handling and ROV equipment
- To prepared the field layout to be integrated into the vessel positioning system by DPO
- To verify the equipment check-list
- To organise job introduction meeting / Tool Box Talk meetings
- To organise and manage the shift handover meeting
- To obtain, for the Client Representative, all documentation needed to perform the job and Work Permits as necessary
* To manage the equipment check-list, especially ROV tooling, survey and subsea equipment
* To prepare dive operations and to follow-up operations (updated planning…)
* Operation Field Report (using appropriate form)
* To prepare technical recommendations in order to improve operations
* To check any rigging and structure prior to lifting off deck, to ensure that structure and rigging are checked by qualified personnel
* To check rigging certificates
* To perform onboard Job Safety Analysis, in close collaboration with the HSE Manager, prior to starting operations
* Generic JSAs
* Specific JSAs
* To enforce Operational Safety Management System implementation onboard
* To address vessel information every day (general information, safety statistics, activities performed…)
* Vessel Daily reports
* To prepare and issue Operation Field Reports
* Operation Field Report (using appropriate form)
