* Provide leadership in the execution of the company QHSE strategy, translation into site operational level and facilitation of overall QHSE improvement at site * Manage Quality control team * Develop and implement site QHSE programs in alignment with Operations and QHSE strategy * Monitor and review QHSE performance targets * Plan and execute all assurance audits and follow up * Work with business partners to deliver QHSE support to internal and external customers
Experience:
* BA in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry or related field * Knowledge of HSE and exposure a plus * Leadership experience in F&F or Food Industry * 5+ years minimum experience * Excellent communication skill * Professional English - written and spoken * Fluent in German
