METHODS ENGINEER - Milan (African Project)
As part of the LNG Project, Our Client is looking for a Methods Engineer to support its Maintenance division within its Pre-Operations team.
The SERVICES dimensions are as followings: * Upstream subsea wells (initially 18) and onshore interfaces * Upstream subsea wells (initially 18) and onshore interfaces * Two (2) 6.44MTPA LNG Trains * Two (2) LNG and one (1) condensate loading berths and associated storage and loading facilities * 191MW Power plant and support utilities for the LNG Trains * Supervision of the Methods team during the project phase * Management of the Contract MIE team
SERVICES to be performed in COMPANY's premises in Milan, Italy in pre-operation phase. Tentative SERVICES start date: Q2 and beginning of Q3 2020.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Technical support to COMPANY on all aspects of Maintenance Methods matters, and provision of expert technical advice, including but not limited to, on the following subjects: * Administration and technical activities guidance and supervision in the Maintenance Methods Section during project phase. * Leading the Maintenance and Inspection Engineering (MIE) activities, ensuring delivery of all activities prior to Ready For Startup (RFSU) of the LNG plant in Mozambique, * Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Contract (MIEC) management in close collaboration with the Maintenance Lead, * Interface to all COMPANY, main contractor and MIE contractor teams in delivering the objectives of the MIEC, * Sponsor, guidance and supervision of the followings topics: o Development of SECE solution comprising identification, measuring points association and implementation in CMIMS, o Development, configuration and operation of the Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System (CMIMS), o Development of maintenance strategies, procedures and systems, together with their implementation in the and monitoring. * Adaptation of spare parts philosophy to equipment maintenance strategies, aiming at carring out maintenance during breakdowns or planned preventive maintenance. * Identification, preparation and execution of all required maintenance contracts, * Establishment of a proper management framework for administration and management of the maintenance contracts, * Coordination with COMPANY's Logistics Department and provision of technical assistance on the material supply chain, * Coordination with Document Control to ensure all relevant technical documentation associated with the MIE activities are available and properly identified, * In coordination with all stakeholders, development of an Asset Reference Plan for the life of the Mozambique LNG assets, * Coordination with all stakeholders and collaboration jointly with the Maintenance Lead in development of the Maintenance capital and operational expenditure budgets, * Regular progress reports of the MIE activities against plan, risks identification for delivery of the MIE plan and development of appropriate mitigating plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
DELIVERABLES * Reports on compliance per plan and risks to delivery of the MIE activities and mitigating plans, * Setup and operation of CMIMS prior to start of commissioning of the LNG plants, * Preliminary Maintenance Capital and Operational budget estimation reports, * Asset Reference Plan, * Daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports, * Final Report.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * BSc in Engineering discipline highly recommended * Strong knowledge of SAP with at least 5 years' experience * 10+ years broad practical experience in the field of maintenance/inspection in an oil and gas environment with at least 4 years in a supervisory role * Good knowledge of plant maintenance practices, maintenance supervision and organization * Experienced in MIE activities * Experience in LNG plants (desirable) * Good command of written and spoken English |
