Director of Engineering and Projects - Subsea
Oil & Gas
Location: South of France
Salary / Package: Highly competitive basic salary with performance-based bonus scheme + stock incentives
Language: Fluent English with French preferred Timeframe: Role has full sign off and budget

The Position
In this role, as a member of the Top Management, you will oversee lead the integrated projects business line in accordance with the objectives established by the Subsea CEO. This leadership role will drive co-ordination, execution and communication across multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for the successful completion of project activities on-time and in-budget.
The Responsibilities
* Act as proactive member of the Subsea Leadership Team on various key aspects of Subsea (Strategy, communication…)
* Managing Engineering & Project Management departments
* Responsible for the implementation for the selected tenders and project delivery on time, cost wise and from a customer satisfaction point of view You will have an overall responsibility and will be in charge of the coordination of the qualification related to Engineering and Project Management needs.
* Be accountable for the Engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
* Implement and monitor resources required to deliver projects through resource planning and take an active role in recruiting new talents to fill identified gaps
* Actively collaborate with Chief Commercial Officer and their team to define strategic business actions to achieve business growth
The Experience:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a Business Degree.
* Formal training in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferable.
* Proven extensive knowledge/experience (5+ years) of Project delivery in EPC Projects
* 5+ years supervisory and/or management experience
* Minimum of 7 years in the oil and gas industry with experience in relevant topics
