|
We are looking for an experienced petroleum engineer, to work in Aberdeen for a client on a temporary 4-month contract.
There is scope for the work to continue following the initial 4-month fixed period.
Our client is a well-known petroleum and exploration company, and they are looking for someone who can start ASAP for this assignment.
Some of the key responsibilities are as follows;
* Working with multidisciplinary teams to optimise production, via well, reservoir and facility surveillance.
* Use, maintain and build relevant petroleum engineering tools.
* Short-term production forecasts: Generation and delivery.
* Maintenance of well choke and ensuring specific duties are carried out for improved performance.
* Work with other teams to help identify potential well interventions and optimise design for workover strategy.
* Manage production data.
Experience must include, Petroleum Engineering, Production Technology or Well Engineering capacity.
Offshore experience is also essential, along with a relevant engineering degree.
Offshore survival and medical certs are desired but not essential.
NOTE: May be required to go offshore, during critical well ops or workovers. |
