|

Mission:
First mobilised at home office, the O&M Discipline Leader is responsible for all O&M activities of the Project O&M Scope of Work (Operations and Maintenance Engineering).
Organize, plan and manage the execution of all operations and maintenance activities with the support of the Maintenance Leader and the Spare Parts Coordinator involved in the Project Development.
Management of the interfaces between CONTRACOR team and CPY representatives.
Pre-Requisites:
Must have previous experience on Onshore (specifically LNG) in a similar or relevant position. Must have a recognised Technical qualification for the Position.
Have confirmed experiences and knowledge to carryout efficiently and safely operation activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Management:
* Lead the Operations and Maintenance Engineering team.
* Lead the subcontractors in charge of a part of O&M Engineering SoW.
* Liaise CTR management and O&M CPY representatives.
* Ensure activities in carried out in respect of the budget and the progress measurement.
* Ensure to have adequate competent resources and manpower to perform the O&M SoW.
* Develop and revised throughout the project duration the O&M Engineering execution plan and procedures.
* Schedule:
* Development and lead the O&M Engineering schedule.
* Active role in determining work prioritization, and ensuring that operability and maintainability aspects of the LNG are addressed at all Phases of the Project.
* Documentation :
* Generate O&M Procedures.
* Confirm and validate procedures/manuals red line as necessary.
* HSSE
* CHAMPION all HSSE initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
* Reporting
* Organise weekly and monthly meeting.
* Report to CTR management and CPY area of concerns.
* Prepare the weekly and Monthly Report with the proper KPI.
* Supply chain follow-up:
* Ensure with the support of the Procurement Manager of the Supply Chain Follow-up is properly developed.
Required competencies:
* Previous working experience as a Operation and/or Maintenance Leader for (5) year(s)
* Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations
* Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electricity, instrument, corrosion…
* Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* BSc/Ba
