Job Description
Airswift are pleased to be recruiting for Electrical Site Project Supervisors for locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Contract: 12 months (strong possibility of extension or being moved to other projects within the company)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Assisting Site Electrical Engineer * Review of Electrical Drawings in preparation for construction * Review of Electrical Specifications in preparation for construction * Inspection of Electrical Equipment on Site * Issuing of NCRs for equipment non conformances * Supervision of electrical works on Site * Assisting with electrical Requests for Information * Review of Inspection and Test Plans prior to works commencing * Review of Inspection and Test Checks during construction * Review of As Built Drawings * Review of commissioning plans * Assistance with commissioning * Assistance with Handover to operations
Qualifications:
* Experience in the construction of windfarms * Experience in the construction of sub stations * Experience in reticulation networks * Experience in working with electrical drawings * Familiar with Australian Electrical specifications * Experience in Electrical Quality Control * Experience in commissioning
Competencies:
* Experience with Pavement / Road design highly valued * Experience in doing Negotiation with major stakeholders, both clients / contractors * Experience in high-pressure environment * Experience in construction of Wind farms highly valued * Advanced use of MS Office * Strong verbal and written communication / negotiation * Relationship building, both internal and external * Proactive view and practical approach toward role
