The Job Discription
- Preparation of the Handling Instructions for the main equipments of the installations (Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Exchangers , S kids ...) describing step by step how to carry out the maintenance as well as the transfer of the elements to the appropriate deposit zones. Comment on equipment plans to make them compatible with the selected maintenance scenario.
- Preparation of the Handling Instructions for the instruments and piping elements that require it (Control Valves, Valves, Manual Valves ...) describing step by step how to carry out the maintenance as well as the transfer of the elements to the appropriate deposit zones.
- These instructions will be made on the basis of extractions of the 3D model or 2D sketch showing the various steps.
- Conduct studies of Offshore installation cranes to ensure sufficient coverage of the areas to be reached.
- Writing guide documents defining the means of maintenance to implement (Handling Philosophy).
- Preparation of lists of ele ments maintenance and transfer to provision for the entire installation.
Requirements
- Control of the specificities of equipment and instrument maintenance (disassembly, frequency of maintenance, necessary tools , weight of the various elements ...
- Control of the specificities of the elements used for the transfer of equipment and instruments during the maintenance phases (transport capacities, maneuverability, limits of use ...).
- Mastery of the know-how of preliminary installation studies and layout.
- Mastery of applicable codes ( ASME, API, AISC, etc.).
- Knowledge of the regulations applicable to Offshore installations.
- PID and UID documentation experience
- Pipe classes documentation experience |
