**Contracts Specialist**
Looking for a Contracts Specialist to work with one of our clients based in their Paris office.
Duration: 6 Months (renewable)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Paris
Day Rate: Negotiable
Job Requirements:
* Inventory potential companies and analyse their capacities
* Build tenders
* Clarify the offers technically and commercially
* Prepare bid comparison tables
* Pre-negotiate the markets for finalisation by the client
* General Process of Construction Subcontracting Contracts
* Standard formats for tenders in French
* Any other document necessary for the performance of the service
Technical Requirements:
* Control the specificities of the Contracts of Work for the award of contracts
* Mastering: tendering process, answering business questions, analysing offers, conducting clarification meetings with companies, preparing a final recommendation for the client.
* Knowledge of: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, word)
* Fluency in English and French.
* An understanding of the French Construction market in the pharmacy sector is a plus.
* Extensive experience in Contract Engineering/Managing within the Oil & Gas/Pharmaceutical industry. |
